Ingredients
2 cups crushed graham crackers
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
6 Butterfinger candy bars, finely chopped
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon vegetable shortening or coconut oil
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine creamy peanut butter, crushed graham crackers, powdered sugar, chopped Butterfinger candy bars, and melted unsalted butter. Mix until well combined and the mixture holds together.
Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1-inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to allow the balls to firm up.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips and vegetable shortening or coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and melted.
Using a fork or toothpicks, dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess chocolate to drip off. Place the dipped balls back onto the parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Once all the balls are coated, return the baking sheet to the refrigerator for another 30 minutes or until the chocolate is set.
Serve the Butterfinger Delight Balls chilled. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Enjoy.
