Ginger & Clove Wellness Tea

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, sliced or grated
  • 4–6 whole cloves
  • 2 cups (500 ml) water
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Add the ginger and cloves.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes.
  4. Strain into a cup.
  5. Add honey and lemon if desired.
  6. Drink warm.
