Creamy Mandarin Orange Delight Salad

Ingredients

1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip (or whipped topping)
Optional: Mini marshmallows
Optional: Shredded coconut

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine drained mandarin oranges and crushed pineapple.

Sprinkle instant vanilla pudding mix over the fruit. Stir until the pudding mix is evenly distributed.

Gently fold in the Cool Whip until fully incorporated.

For added texture and sweetness, mix in mini marshmallows if desired.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.

Before serving, sprinkle shredded coconut on top for an extra touch of flavor and decoration.
