Oil-Free Crispy Baked Potato Fries

Ingredients

Salt and pepper, to taste
4 medium potatoes (Russet or Yukon Gold)
Optional: paprika, garlic powder, or other preferred seasonings

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat for easy cleanup.

Prepare the Potatoes: Wash and peel (optional) the potatoes. Cut them into uniform sticks or wedges, about 1/2 inch thick.

Seasoning: In a large bowl, toss the potato sticks with salt, pepper, and any other desired seasonings. You can use paprika, garlic powder, or herbs like rosemary or thyme for added flavor.

Arrange on Baking Sheet: Spread the seasoned potato sticks in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure they are evenly spaced to allow them to crisp up.

Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 30-40 minutes, flipping the fries halfway through. Bake until the fries are golden brown and crispy on the outside.

Serve Hot: Once done, remove the fries from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
