7 oz sweetened shredded coconut
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts work well)
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, shredded coconut, chopped nuts, and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Stir until well combined.
Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, ensuring the paper extends over the edges for easy removal later.
Transfer the mixture into the lined baking dish. Use a spatula or your hands to press the mixture evenly into the dish.
Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
Once chilled and firm, lift the bars out of the dish using the edges of the parchment paper. Place on a cutting board and cut into squares or bars of your desired size.
