- Toothpicks, soaked in water for 10 minutes (to prevent burning)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Ingredients
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- Wrap each tater tot with a half slice of bacon. Secure the bacon with a toothpick if necessary.
2. Add Flavor (Optional)
- For sweet and spicy bacon-wrapped tater tots, mix the brown sugar, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl.
- Roll each bacon-wrapped tot in the mixture, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
3. Air Fry
- Place the wrapped tater tots in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving a little space between each one for even cooking.
- Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through. The bacon should be crispy and the tater tots golden brown.
