Garlic-Infused Healing Milk Recipe

Ingredients
2 cups whole milk (or any milk of your choice)
5–6 cloves of fresh garlic, peeled and slightly crushed
1–2 teaspoons honey (optional, for sweetness)
A pinch of turmeric (optional, for extra health benefits)
Instructions
Prepare the Garlic: Lightly crush the peeled garlic cloves to release their natural oils, which will enhance their flavor and benefits.

Heat the Milk: Pour the milk into a saucepan and place it on medium heat. Add the garlic cloves to the milk.

Simmer: Bring the milk to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10–15 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent the milk from sticking to the pan.

Strain: Once the garlic is soft and the milk is infused with its flavor, remove the saucepan from heat. Use a strainer to filter out the garlic cloves.
