Slow Cooker Ranch Pork Chops with Potatoes

Ingredients

4-6 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
4-6 pork chops
1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix
1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth or water
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: fresh herbs (thyme or rosemary) for garnish

Instructions

Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, combine ranch seasoning mix, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth (or water).
Place diced potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Arrange seasoned pork chops on top of the potatoes.
Pour the ranch mixture evenly over the pork chops and potatoes.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until pork chops are tender and potatoes are cooked through.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes:

Ensure pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) for safe consumption.
This dish pairs well with a side of steamed vegetables or a fresh salad.
