Ingredients

Instructions

  3. Gradually pour in the buttermilk, stirring gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  4. Gently fold in the blueberries.

Step 3: Shape the Biscuits

  1. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Pat or roll it out to about 1-inch thickness.
  2. Use a round biscuit cutter or a glass to cut out biscuits, reshaping the dough as needed.
  3. Place the biscuits on the prepared baking sheet, about 1 inch apart.
