Ingredients
8 small mozzarella cheese cubes
1 can (8 biscuits) refrigerated biscuit dough
4 tablespoons butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
A pinch of salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Prepare the biscuits: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit with your hands to create a small circle.
Add the mozzarella: Place one cube of mozzarella in the center of each flattened biscuit. Fold the dough over the cheese, pinching the edges together to seal. Roll the dough into a ball, ensuring the cheese is fully enclosed.
Place on baking sheet: Arrange the sealed dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.
Make the garlic butter: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, and a pinch of salt.
Brush with garlic butter: Generously brush each biscuit with the garlic butter mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and puffed up.
Enjoy.
