1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup melted butter
2 large eggs, beaten
Instructions
Preheat Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a medium-sized baking dish.
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until well combined.
Add Wet Ingredients: Pour the crushed pineapple (including the juice) into the dry mixture. Add the melted butter and beaten eggs. Stir until everything is well mixed and smooth.
Bake: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the center is set.
Cool and Serve: Allow the pineapple bake to cool slightly before serving. It’s delicious served warm or at room temperature.
