Festive Marshmallow Gumdrop Clusters

Ingredients

2 tablespoons melted butter
2 packages miniature marshmallows
2 packages white chocolate chips
1 ½ cups red and green gumdrops

Instructions

Prepare the Gumdrops: Slice the gumdrops into smaller pieces, if desired, and set them aside.

Melt the Chocolate: In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until smooth and fully melted.

Mix in Butter: Stir in the melted butter until fully combined with the white chocolate.

Add Marshmallows: Gently fold in the miniature marshmallows, making sure they are evenly coated with the chocolate mixture.

Incorporate Gumdrops: Add the chopped red and green gumdrops into the mixture, folding them in until they are evenly distributed.

Form Clusters: Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping them into small clusters. Alternatively, you can spread the mixture evenly in a greased baking dish and press it down slightly.

Chill: Place the clusters or baking dish in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until the clusters are firm and set.

Serve: Once firm, remove from the refrigerator and serve. If using a baking dish, cut into squares or bars before serving.
Enjoy.
