Crunchy Baked Veggie Fries

Ingredients

1 large cucumber
1 red bell pepper
1 large carrot
1 yellow bell pepper
1 zucchini
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Vegetable Preparation:

Wash the carrot, cucumber, bell peppers, and zucchini thoroughly.
Slice each vegetable into thin, fry-shaped sticks.
Seasoning:

In a large bowl, toss the veggie sticks with olive oil until evenly coated.
Sprinkle garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper over the vegetables.
If desired, add the Parmesan cheese for an extra layer of flavor. Mix well to ensure even seasoning.
Baking:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Spread the seasoned veggie sticks in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet or in the air fryer basket.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping the sticks halfway through to ensure even crisping.
