2 tablespoons melted butter
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tube refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried oregano (optional)
1 teaspoon dried basil (optional)
Salt to taste
Instructions
Preheat Oven: Heat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Prepare the Dough: Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle or your preferred shape. Place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Make Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic. Brush this mixture evenly over the dough.
Add Cheese: Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the dough. If desired, add dried oregano and basil for extra flavor.
Season: Lightly sprinkle with salt to taste.
Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the breadsticks are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Cool and Slice: Let the breadsticks cool slightly before cutting into strips. Serve warm.
