Savory Pineapple Pecan Cheese Ball

Ingredients

1 cup crushed pineapple, well-drained
2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
2 cups finely chopped pecans
Assorted crackers, for serving

Instructions

Prepare Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, drained crushed pineapple, sliced green onions, chopped green bell pepper, kosher salt, and lemon pepper seasoning. Mix until well combined.

Shape the Cheese Ball: Using clean hands or plastic wrap, shape the mixture into a ball.

Coat with Pecans: Spread chopped pecans on a flat surface. Roll the cheese ball in the pecans, pressing gently to coat evenly.

Chill: Place the cheese ball on a serving plate. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until firm.

Serve: Before serving, let the cheese ball sit at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes to soften slightly.
