1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
2 large eggs
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round or square cake pan.
Cream Butter and Condensed Milk: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy. Gradually mix in the sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
Incorporate Eggs and Vanilla: Add the eggs one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated before adding the next. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Prepare Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Combine Ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk. Begin and end with the flour mixture, mixing just until combined.
Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan. Smooth the top with a spatula. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool: Allow the cake to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes. Then, transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
