Passion Fruit Cream with Chocolate Ganache

Ingredients

1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 cup milk cream
3 tablespoons passion fruit juice powder
200g dark chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup milk cream

Instructions

Passion Fruit Cream:

In a blender, combine milk cream, sweetened condensed milk, and passion fruit juice powder.
Blend for about 5 minutes until smooth and homogeneous.
Pour the mixture into a glass dish, spreading it evenly.
Chocolate Ganache:

Place chopped chocolate in a bowl.
Melt the chocolate using a bain-marie or microwave (stirring every 30 seconds to avoid burning).
Once melted, add milk cream to the chocolate and mix until smooth and shiny.
Assembly:

Cover the prepared passion fruit cream with the chocolate ganache, spreading it evenly over the surface.
Refrigerate the dessert for at least 1 hour to allow it to set and thicken.
