1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Prepare the Chicken:
Cut each chicken breast into three equal pieces.
Place the chicken pieces in a bowl and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the Coating:
