Irresistible Four-Ingredient Sausage Balls

Ingredients

2 cups (200g) shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb (450g) ground sausage (pork or turkey)
1 1/2 cups (180g) Bisquick mix (or any baking mix)
1/4 cup (60ml) milk

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, Bisquick mix, and milk. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated. Using your hands may help to blend everything thoroughly.
Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the sausage balls are golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
