Honey Garlic Glazed Smoked Sausage Bites

Ingredients
500 g (1 lb) smoked sausage, sliced into rounds
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (optional)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Line a baking sheet or baking dish with aluminum foil.
Arrange the sliced smoked sausage evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, Dijon mustard, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Pour the glaze over the sausage slices and toss gently to coat.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the sausage is caramelized and the glaze is thick and sticky.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
Serve warm as an appetizer, snack, or party dish.
