2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded

Instructions
Prepare the Chicken:
Cook the chicken breasts until fully done, then let them cool. Dice or shred the chicken into small pieces.
Mix the Salad:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced chicken, mayonnaise, chopped celery, and optional ingredients like red onion, pickles or relish, and Dijon mustard.
Season to Taste:
Season the salad with salt and pepper, adjusting to your preference.
Chill (Optional):
For enhanced flavor, cover the bowl and refrigerate the chicken salad for at least 30 minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to meld.
Serve:
