Ingredients
- 1 lemon (sliced or juiced)
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 3–4 garlic cloves (crushed)
- 1 thumb-size piece fresh ginger (grated or sliced)
- 1–1½ cups natural honey
- 1 cup warm water (not boiling)
How to Prepare

Chop the onion, crush the garlic, and grate or slice the ginger. - Mix
Place onion, garlic, ginger, and lemon into a bowl or jar. - Add honey
Pour honey over the mixture until everything is well covered. - Add warm water
Add warm (not hot) water and stir gently. - Rest
Cover and let it sit for 6–12 hours (or overnight) at room temperature. - Strain (optional)
Strain for a smoother liquid, or keep the solids if you prefer.
How to Use
- Take 1 tablespoon, 2–3 times a day
- Can be taken plain or mixed into warm tea
Storage
- Keep refrigerated
- Use within 5–7 days
