Servings: 1 | Best Time: Morning on an empty stomach or before meals

✅ Ingredients:

  • 1 cup warm water (not boiling)
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with “the mother”)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp raw honey (optional)
  • A pinch of cayenne pepper (optional – boosts metabolism)

 Instructions:

  1. Warm the water (should be comfortably warm, not hot).
  2. Stir in apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper (if using).
  3. Add honey if you need a touch of sweetness.
  4. Mix well and drink it slowly on an empty stomach.

 Notes:
