Hibiscus and Lemon Tea

1 cup dried hibiscus flowers (or 2 hibiscus tea bags)

 

1 cup boiling water

 

1/2 lemon, sliced

 

1-2 tablespoons honey (optional)

 

Ice cubes

 

Instructions:

 

Steep the hibiscus: Place the dried hibiscus flowers in a teapot or a heat-resistant cup. Pour in the boiling water and let it steep for 5-7 minutes.

 

Strain and add lemon: Strain the tea into a cup or jug. Add sliced lemon to taste.
