Restful Night Pumpkin Seed Snack Recipe

Ingredients

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 cup raw pumpkin seeds (unsalted)
1/2 teaspoon sea salt (optional)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional for added flavor)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Pumpkin Seeds: In a large bowl, toss the raw pumpkin seeds with olive oil, sea salt, and garlic powder (if using). Ensure that all seeds are evenly coated with the mixture.

Roast the Seeds: Spread the seeds evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the seeds are golden brown and crispy. Stir the seeds once or twice during roasting to ensure even cooking.

Cool and Enjoy: Once roasted, allow the pumpkin seeds to cool on the baking sheet for 5-10 minutes.
