Invigorating Lemon Ginger Rosemary Tea for Respiratory Wellness

Ingredients

1-2 tablespoons fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced

1 lemon, thinly sliced

1-2 sprigs fresh rosemary

2 cups water

Honey (optional, to taste)

Instructions

Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan.

Add the sliced ginger and rosemary to the boiling water. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.

Add the lemon slices and continue to steep for an additional 5 minutes.

Strain the tea into a cup and stir in honey if desired.
Enjoy.
