Ingredients
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Juice of 1 lemon
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Marinate the Chicken:
In a bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Add chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for maximum flavor.
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Bake the Chicken:
Place marinated chicken breasts in a baking dish. Spoon some marinade over the top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 75°C).
Serve:
Remove chicken from oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
Enjoy.
