Ingredients
1 can of condensed milk (400g)
1 can of evaporated milk (400g)
1 cup of whole milk (240ml)
1 packet of unflavored gelatin (7g)
1/4 cup of water (60ml)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional, for extra flavor)
Instructions
Prepare the Gelatin
In a small bowl, mix the unflavored gelatin with 1/4 cup of water. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to bloom, then microwave for 10-15 seconds until completely dissolved.
Blend the Ingredients
In a blender, combine the condensed milk, evaporated milk, whole milk, and vanilla extract. Blend for a few seconds until well mixed.
Add the Gelatin
Pour the dissolved gelatin mixture into the blender with the milk mixture. Blend on high speed for about 2-3 minutes. This will incorporate air and create a light texture.
Set the Mousse
Pour the mixture into a large serving dish or individual cups. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
Serve and Enjoy
Once the mousse has set, serve it chilled. You can garnish with fresh fruit, grated chocolate, or a sprinkle of cinnamon for an added touch.
Tips:
For a twist, add a flavor extract like almond or caramel instead of vanilla.
If you prefer a richer flavor, substitute whole milk with heavy cream.
