Ingredients
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon castor oil
Instructions
Prepare the Mixture: In a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of castor oil with 1 teaspoon of baking soda. Mix until a smooth paste forms. If the paste is too thick, you can add a few more drops of castor oil.
Application for Skin:
Wash your face or the area of skin where you plan to apply the mixture.
Gently apply the paste in circular motions, focusing on areas with dark spots, acne, or scars.
Leave it on for about 5-10 minutes, then rinse with warm water.
Use once or twice a week for best results.
Application for Scalp:
Part your hair to expose the scalp.
Apply the mixture to the scalp, gently massaging it in. Focus on areas that are dry or flaky.
Leave on for 10-15 minutes, then wash your hair with a mild shampoo to remove any residue.
Repeat once a week to maintain a healthy scalp.
Tips:
Patch Test: Apply a small amount of the mixture to a small area of skin before full application to check for any allergic reactions.
Moisturize Afterward: Baking soda can be drying, so follow up with a gentle moisturizer for skin treatments or a conditioner for hair treatments.
Enjoy.
