Creamy Cornbread Recipe

Ingredients

1 can (15 oz) cream-style corn
1 packet Jiffy cornbread mix
1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
2 large eggs
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, melted

Instructions

Prepare the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish or an 8-inch cast-iron skillet to prevent sticking.

Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Jiffy cornbread mix, cream-style corn, drained whole kernel corn, eggs, and melted butter. Stir well until all ingredients are smoothly blended.

Fill the Dish: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish or skillet, spreading it out to make sure it bakes evenly.

Bake to Perfection: Place in the preheated oven and bake for 45–50 minutes, or until the top turns golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cool and Serve: Let the cornbread cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm for the best flavor.
