Ingredients
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1 lb (450g) smoked sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup for a twist)
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat and Prep: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking dish or a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Make the Glaze: In a bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, honey, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, and garlic powder. Stir well until everything is fully combined.
Coat the Sausages: Place the sausage slices in the prepared baking dish. Pour the glaze over the sausages and toss them to ensure each piece is well-coated.
Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the sausages are sticky and caramelized.
Serve: Remove from the oven and sprinkle chopped parsley on top for a fresh touch.
