Creamy Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Parmesan Sauce

Ingredients

Salt and black pepper, to taste
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 lb (450g) sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Season the Steak:
Season the steak bites with salt and pepper to your liking. Set aside.

Sear the Steak:
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak bites in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your preferred doneness. Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside.

Make the Garlic Butter:
In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium, add the butter, and let it melt. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Prepare the Parmesan Cream Sauce:
Add the heavy cream to the garlic butter and simmer gently for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan until it melts and the sauce thickens.

Combine and Serve:
Return the steak bites to the skillet, tossing them in the sauce to coat evenly. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Enjoy.
