Layered Chocolate Dream Cake

Ingredients

For the Layers:

2 cups cold heavy cream
2 boxes of graham crackers (about 20-24 crackers)
1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups cold milk
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Chocolate Topping:

1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

Prepare the Cream Filling:

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cold heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks. Set aside.
In another bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until it thickens.
In a third bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently, then fold in the pudding mixture until everything is smooth and well-combined.
Assemble the Layers:

In a 9×13-inch pan, spread a thin layer of the cream mixture to cover the bottom.
Place a single layer of graham crackers over the cream, covering the entire pan.
Spread a portion of the cream mixture over the graham crackers, creating a smooth layer.
Repeat layers of graham crackers and cream mixture until you have about three layers of each, finishing with the cream layer on top.
Prepare the Chocolate Topping:

In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the heavy cream until hot (about 1 minute).
Add the chocolate chips to the hot cream, stirring until the chocolate melts and the mixture is smooth.
Pour the chocolate topping over the final cream layer and spread it evenly to cover the surface.
Enjoy.
