Prepare the Parsley Paste: Place the finely chopped parsley in a small bowl. Parsley is rich in vitamins and antioxidants that help rejuvenate the skin.
Add Lemon Juice: Pour the lemon juice over the parsley. Lemon juice contains vitamin C, which can brighten skin and help with collagen production.
Mix in Yogurt and Honey: Add the yogurt to the mixture. Yogurt contains lactic acid, which can gently exfoliate dead skin cells. For added hydration, you can also mix in honey, which has natural moisturizing properties.
Blend Together: Stir the mixture until it forms a smooth, paste-like consistency.
Apply to Neck: Using clean fingers or a brush, apply the paste evenly to your neck area. Gently massage it in circular motions for 1-2 minutes to help the ingredients penetrate the skin.
Let It Sit: Leave the paste on your neck for 15-20 minutes. This allows the skin to absorb the nutrients and gain the maximum benefit.
Rinse Off: After 20 minutes, rinse off the paste with lukewarm water and pat your skin dry.
