Ingredients
1 cup vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup pineapple juice
2 cups frozen strawberries
1 tablespoon honey (optional, for extra sweetness)
Fresh strawberries, granola, mini chocolate chips, or a simple buttery cookie for garnish (optional)
Instructions
In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries, vanilla ice cream, and pineapple juice.
Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If you prefer a sweeter taste, add the honey and blend again.
Pour the Strawberry Dole Whip into a bowl or a cone.
If desired, top with fresh strawberries, crunchy granola, mini chocolate chips, or serve alongside a simple buttery cookie.
