Ingredients
1 cup of shredded Cheddar cheese
1 pound of ground breakfast sausage (choose your favorite variety)
4 large eggs
1 cup of Bisquick Mix
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a muffin tin by lightly greasing it or lining it with paper muffin liners.
Cook the sausage: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground breakfast sausage until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat and set the sausage aside to cool slightly.
Combine the ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten. Add the cooked sausage, shredded Cheddar cheese, and Bisquick Mix. Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.
Fill the muffin cups: Using a spoon, evenly distribute the mixture into the muffin tin, filling each cup about three-quarters full.
Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
