Ingredients
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 boneless pork chops
1 cup bread crumbs (preferably Panko)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 eggs
2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly grease it with cooking spray or olive oil.
Prepare the Breading:
In a shallow bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Prepare the Egg Wash:
In another shallow bowl, beat the eggs.
Coat the Pork Chops:
Dip each pork chop into the beaten eggs, ensuring both sides are well coated. Then, press each chop into the bread crumb mixture, coating both sides thoroughly.
Arrange on Baking Sheet:
Place the coated pork chops on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle the tops with olive oil to help them brown and crisp up in the oven.
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) and the breading is golden brown.
Serve:
Remove the pork chops from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy them with your favorite sides!
Enjoy.
