Instructions
Prepare the Carrots: Thoroughly wash and peel the carrots. Cut them into smaller chunks to make blending easier.

Strain (Optional): For a smoother texture, strain the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a bowl or pitcher.
