Ingredients
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)
1 can Pillsbury biscuits (8-count)
4 tbsp unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
Optional: fresh herbs (parsley or chives) for garnish
Instructions
Preheat Oven: Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Make Garlic Butter: Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, until aromatic. Remove from heat.
Prepare Biscuits: Open the Pillsbury biscuits and separate them. Slightly flatten each biscuit with your hands.
Stuff and Seal: Place a small amount of shredded cheese in the center of each biscuit. Pinch the edges together to seal the cheese inside, forming a ball.
Bake: Place the cheese-filled biscuit balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with the garlic butter mixture.
Cook: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
Serve: Enjoy warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired. These bites are excellent with tomato soup, a light salad, or a variety of dips like ranch, spicy sriracha mayo, or marinara sauce.
Enjoy.
