Enjoying a Daily Cup of Cinnamon Tea

Ingredients

1 cup hot water
Optional: honey or lemon to taste
1 cinnamon stick (or 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon)

Instructions

Boil Water: Heat 1 cup of water until it reaches a rolling boil.

Prepare Cinnamon: If using a cinnamon stick, place it in your mug. If using ground cinnamon, add it directly to the mug.

Steep: Pour the hot water over the cinnamon. Let it steep for 5-10 minutes, depending on your desired strength.

Add Optional Ingredients: For added sweetness, stir in a teaspoon of honey. For a hint of tartness, add a slice of lemon.
