Ingredients
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 prepared 9-inch pie crust, baked and cooled
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream, for serving (optional)
Instructions
In a large bowl, beat together the peanut butter and cream cheese until smooth and well combined.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue beating until fully incorporated and fluffy.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until thoroughly combined.
Spoon the filling into the cooled pie crust, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until set.
Serve slices of the pie chilled, optionally topped with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
