Honey Balsamic Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

1/4 cup honey
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
4 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated ginger
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper.
Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the honey balsamic mixture generously over each fillet, reserving some for later.
Bake salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from the oven and brush with remaining glaze. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley if desired.
Serve hot with your favorite side dishes like roasted vegetables or rice.
