Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter
4 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels
2 tablespoons honey
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley or chives) for garnish
Instructions
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the butter and let it melt.
Add the corn kernels to the skillet and spread them out into an even layer.
Cook the corn, stirring occasionally, for about 8-10 minutes or until it starts to turn golden brown and slightly caramelized.
Drizzle the honey over the corn and stir to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the corn is fully caramelized.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with chopped fresh herbs if desired.
Serve hot as a delightful side dish with grilled meats, roasted vegetables, or as part of a special meal.
Enjoy.
